This Privacy Policy explains how Leadtym Technology Private Limited ("RewardTym", "Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects information in connection with the RewardTym offerwall platform (the "Platform").

This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions and applies to Publishers who integrate the Platform and to end Users who interact with offers through a Publisher's application.

1. General

Leadtym Technology Private Limited (CIN: U62099MH2024PTC427376) is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at A321, Master Mind 4, Royal Palms, Goregaon (E), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400065, India.

We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act") and other applicable data protection law. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

2. Definitions

3. Information We Collect

We collect different categories of information depending on whether you interact with us as a Publisher or as a User.

3.1 From Publishers

When you register as a Publisher, we collect your name, business name, email address, payment details (Payoneer account information), and any identity or business verification documents you provide during onboarding.

3.2 From Users, via Publishers

We do not collect a User's name, email address, or other directly identifying information. Publishers are contractually required not to send us this data. Instead, we receive only a pseudonymous Click ID or User ID that the Publisher generates and controls. All User-facing consent and disclosure regarding this data flow is the Publisher's responsibility under our Terms and Conditions.

3.3 Automatically Collected Data

When the Platform is accessed, we automatically collect technical information including IP address, device identifiers, device fingerprint, browser type, operating system, approximate geolocation (derived from IP), referral source, and interaction timestamps.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  1. 1.Operate the offerwall, including matching Users to eligible Offers and recording Conversions.
  2. 2.Calculate and process Payouts to Publishers.
  3. 3.Detect, investigate and prevent Fraudulent Activity, as defined in our Terms and Conditions.
  4. 4.Communicate with Publishers regarding their Account, Campaigns, and Payouts.
  5. 5.Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
  6. 6.Improve and maintain the security, stability and performance of the Platform.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) on Publisher-facing pages and the offerwall interface to keep Users signed into a session, remember preferences, and support fraud detection. Where required by applicable law, we obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.

6. Fraud Prevention and Device Data

To protect the integrity of the Platform and our Advertisers' campaigns, we use third-party fraud prevention tools, including device fingerprinting technology and bot/CAPTCHA verification, and we screen for VPN and proxy usage. This processing is limited to fraud detection and eligibility checks and is not used to build an advertising profile of Users.

7. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  1. 1.Advertisers, to validate that a Conversion has genuinely occurred, limited to the Click ID/User ID and Conversion status.
  2. 2.Payment processors (including Payoneer), to process Payouts to Publishers.
  3. 3.Fraud prevention and security service providers, to detect and prevent Fraudulent Activity.
  4. 4.Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, to operate and store Platform data.
  5. 5.Regulators, law enforcement, or other third parties, where required by law or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of the Platform and its users.

WE DO NOT SELL PERSONAL DATA.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Publisher account and payout records are retained in accordance with applicable Indian financial record-keeping requirements.

9. Data Security

We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, and fraud monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Our infrastructure providers may process and store data on servers located outside India. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure the recipient provides an appropriate standard of data protection, consistent with the requirements of the DPDP Act.

11. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, Data Principals may have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of their Personal Data, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and nominate another individual to exercise these rights on their behalf in the event of death or incapacity. Publishers may exercise these rights, or facilitate a User's request, by contacting us at the address in Section 15. Users should also refer to the Publisher's own privacy policy, as the Publisher controls the collection of User data before it reaches our Platform.

12. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the DPDP Act, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints regarding the processing of Personal Data:

13. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for use by persons over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals below this age. Publishers are responsible for ensuring their Publisher Application and its User base comply with this requirement.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the Dashboard at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
